The Energy Efficiency Opportunities program has recently published a report “First Opportunities Report – a look at results from 2006-2008”.

This report is based on data reported by large energy-using corporations to the government and the public in December 2008 as part of the first round of the Energy Efficiency Opportunities program. It features aggregate results for the program and for different industries, examples of significant energy efficiency opportunities, and qualitative analysis on the types of opportunities participants are finding and adopting.
